The founder of Kibaroğlu Attorney Partnership, Attorney Haldun KİBAR, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Karadeniz Technical University. Having provided legal consultancy and litigation services to his clients in Istanbul for many years, Mr. KİBAR, with the awareness that it is crucial to follow new regulations in legislation and decisions of high judicial bodies to keep the knowledge of substantive and procedural law up-to-date, established separate departments for case law and doctrine within the Kibaroğlu Attorney Partnership, apart from the litigation and consultancy departments.Mr. KİBAR, who is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Private Law at Istanbul Kültür University, holds a professional proficiency in English.Attorney Haldun Kibar, who believes that the path to fully understanding the literal meaning of laws lies in grasping the deeper meaning behind the metaphorical imagery in the works of great poets, has published his poems in literary journals such as Varlık and Hece.
